TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using and/or visiting any section (including sub-domains) of the pggames.com website or any other websites or applications that we own (the "Website") and/or registering on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy, the Rules applicable to our betting or gaming products as further referenced at paragraph 2 below (together the "Terms"), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.
Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website. The Terms shall also apply to any form of transactions conducted on all company premises, all telephone betting and betting or gaming via mobile devices including downloadable applications to a mobile device (as if references to your use of the Website were references to your use of our telephone betting and/or mobile devices betting facilities).
Where you play any game, or place a bet or wager, using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by, the Rules, which apply to the applicable products available on the Website from time to time. The Rules can be found under the 'How To Play' tab of the applicable sections of the Website.
We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including complying with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on the Website. The most up to date Terms will be available on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
Reference to "you", "your" or the "customer" is reference to any person using the Website or the services of Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd (PGBL) and/or any registered customer of Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd.
As you are aware, the right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries (including, for example, the USA). You are responsible for determining whether your accessing and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.
Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd is committed to providing excellent customer service. As part of that commitment PGBL, is committed to supporting responsible gambling. Although PGBL will use its reasonable endeavors to enforce its responsible gambling policies, PGBL does not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or PGBL is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of PGBL's reasonable control.
1. Application
1.1 All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet/wager or register with Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd. PGBL reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. PGBL takes its responsibilities in respect of under age and responsible gambling very seriously.
1.2 All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. Where this is not the case, the relevant account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, the relevant customer should contact PGBL. All bets/wagers that are placed prior to an account being suspended will stand - win or lose.
1.3 By accepting the Terms and/or registering to use the Website you hereby agree that we shall be entitled to conduct any and all such identification, credit and other verification checks from time to time that we may require and/or are required by applicable laws and regulations and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities for use of the Website and our products generally. You agree to provide all such information, as we require in connection with such verification checks. We shall be entitled to suspend or restrict your account in any manner that we may deem in our absolute discretion to be appropriate, until such time as the relevant checks are completed to our satisfaction.
1.4 Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.
1.5 Customers must keep their registration and account details up to date. This, and your account information, may be amended at PGBL head offices.
2. Account Details
2.1 PGBL allocates all its customers with an account number and an initial pin number, after initial login the customer is free to change the pre-allocated pin number online. Customers must keep this information secret and confidential, as you are responsible for all bets/wagers placed on your account and any other activities taking place on your account.
2.2 Bets will stand if your account and pin number have been entered correctly (whether or not authorized by you), subject to there being sufficient funds in the account.
2.3 If, at any time, you feel a third party is aware of your user name and/or password you should change it immediately via the Website. Should you forget part or all of your combination, please contact us at (242) 325-4201.
2.4 Please note that cardholder details and any other sensitive data should never be sent to us by unencrypted email.
2.5 The current balance and transaction history of your account may be viewed at any time once you have logged into your account on the Website.
3. Personal Details
3.1 PGBL will comply with applicable data protection laws in respect of the personal information you supply to us. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Suspension and Closure
4.1 If you want to close your account, please call or come into PGBL. Any balance will immediately be settled.
4.2 PGBL reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the preceding sentence, PGBL shall be entitled to close or suspend your account if:
(a) You become bankrupt;
(b) PGBL considers that you have used the Website in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
(c) PGBL considers that you have used the Website in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of PGBL or any of its customers;
(d) PGBL is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court;
(e) PGBL considers that any of the events referred to in (a) to (c) above may have occurred or are likely to occur; or
(f) Your account is deemed to be dormant and its balance is, or reaches zero in accordance with paragraph b.5.1 below.

5. Dormant Accounts
5.1 PGBL will apply an Administration Fee to all accounts that have been 'inactive' for a consecutive period of at least 180 days. An account is deemed 'inactive' if none of the following occur: (i) a successful deposit; (ii) a sports or financials bet is placed; (iii) participation in any casino, poker, games or bingo product.
(a) If your account remains inactive for 180 days and has a zero balance, it will be closed with no fee.
(b) If your account has a positive balance, PGBL will attempt to notify you.
(c) If still dormant after 28 days, a monthly Administration Fee of $5 or 5% of the balance (whichever is greater) will be deducted.
(d) Fees will continue every 28 days until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
5.2 You can reactivate your account by: (i) making a deposit; (ii) placing a bet; or (iii) participating in any gaming product.
1. Deposits and Wagers
1.1 You may only bet with cleared funds in your account.
1.2 Deposited funds are held for placing bets and settling fees. Depositing without intent to wager may result in account suspension.
1.3 PGBL retains any interest accrued on held funds.
2. Withdrawals
2.1 Withdrawals are processed in person with valid ID.
2.2 Withdrawals over $10,000 may require additional arrangements.
2.3 PGBL may request proof of voucher purchase for low-risk or guaranteed-profit betting patterns.
3. Bank Withdrawals

1.1 Account must be verified.
1.2 Bank account name must match gaming account name.
2. Withdrawal Limits
2.1 Limits may vary by bank and responsible gaming settings.
3. Processing Time
3.1 Requests processed within 1–3 business days. After 2pm, next business day.
3.2 Additional time may be required by your bank.
4. Verification and Security Checks
4.1 All withdrawals are subject to verification.
4.2 Additional documentation may be requested.
5. Fees and Charges
5.1 PGBL does not charge fees, but your bank may.
6. AML Compliance
6.1 Proof of identity, address, and source of funds may be required.
6.2 Suspicious activity may result in suspension or rejection.
7. Disputes
7.1 Contact support within 10 days of transaction.
7.2 PGBL will investigate and resolve per regulatory requirements.
8. Amendments
8.1 Withdrawal terms may change. Continued use implies acceptance.
1. Placing Bets/Wagers
1.1 Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets/wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion.
1.2 We only accept bets/wagers made online and at an authorized reseller (including via mobile device or downloadable applications). Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form and will be void.
1.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure bet details are correct. Once placed, bets/wagers cannot be changed or canceled. PGBL reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at any time.
1.4 Funds are allocated to bets/wagers in the order placed and are unavailable for other use. PGBL may void or reverse transactions involving allocated funds.
2. Bet/Wager Confirmation
2.1 Bets/wagers are invalid if there are insufficient funds.
2.2 Each valid bet/wager receives a unique transaction code. PGBL is not liable for bets without a code. Check your account history if unsure.
2.5 In case of dispute, the PGBL transaction log is the final authority.
1. Information and Content
1.1 Information on the Website is for personal use only. Distribution or commercial use is prohibited. No warranty is given for uninterrupted access or accuracy. Use at your own risk.
2. Your Equipment
2.1 Your device and internet connection may affect Website performance. PGBL is not liable for issues caused by your equipment or service provider.
2.2 PGBL is not responsible for damage, data loss, or charges incurred while using mobile software.
3. Fair Use
3.1 The Website may only be used for placing bets and wagers.
3.2 You must not use the Website for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
3.3 PGBL will pursue legal action against fraudulent or criminal activity. Payments may be withheld. Customers are liable for all resulting claims.
4. Software and Technology Issues
4.1 Some Website products may require software downloads. Third-party providers may require acceptance of additional terms. PGBL is not liable for third-party software.
4.2 Software may only be used for Website products and not for other purposes unless permitted by law.
4.3 You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for Website access. You may not:
- Install or load the software on a server or networked device
- Sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer or copy the software
- Bypass security or interfere with the Website or software
- Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software
(c) Software is provided "as is" with no warranties. PGBL excludes all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
(d) PGBL and its provider are not liable for system errors. PGBL may remove products or take corrective action.
(e) You use the software at your own risk. PGBL is not liable for your use or receipt of the software.
(f) Software may contain confidential information. You may not disclose or misuse it.
4.4 PGBL does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or its services.
4.5 You must not misuse the Website by introducing malicious software or launching denial-of-service attacks. PGBL is not liable for damage caused by such attacks or malware.
5. Third Party Content
5.1 PGBL receives content from suppliers. Third-party providers may require acceptance of additional terms. If you do not accept them, do not use their content.
5.2 PGBL accepts no liability for third-party content.
5.3 PGBL prohibits employees or connected individuals from betting on markets serviced by third-party providers. Such bets will be void.
5.4 Links to third-party websites are for information only. PGBL does not control or endorse them and accepts no liability.
6. Errors
6.1 PGBL is not liable for errors in bets or wagers including incorrect odds, accepting bets on closed markets, miscalculations, or RNG/pay table issues.
6.2 Incorrect Price – Bets will be settled at the revised price. PGBL may contact customers and offer cancellation.
6.3 Incorrect Count/Line/Spread/Handicap/Total – Bets will be settled at the revised value unless:
- The outcome was already known
- There was an obvious mistake or transposition
6.5 PGBL may contact customers and offer cancellation if time permits.
6.6 Incorrect Fixture – Bets will be void if the wrong player/team is quoted.
6.7 Wrong Participant – Bets on incorrect participants will be void at PGBL’s discretion.
6.8 Late Bets – If accepted after an event starts:
- If covered In-Play, bets stand at revised price unless outcome is known
- If not covered In-Play, bets stand unless a material advantage was gained
